House Rules & Regulations

1. Check-in and Check-out

○ Check-in time: From 4:00 PM onwards 

○ Check-out time: By 10:00 AM 

Please let us know in advance if you need to adjust your check-in or check-out time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

2. Maximum Occupancy 

The maximum number of guests allowed is 14. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval. 

3. Pets 

Yes, we are pet-friendly! You are welcome to bring your furry friends, but please let us know in advance. 

Important: Any damage caused by your pet(s) will be the guest's responsibility, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. 

4. Smoking 

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, you are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 

5. Noise 

We ask that you be mindful of noise levels, especially during the evening hours. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. 

6. Parties and Events

Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed without prior permission. Please reach out to us in advance if you plan to host a special event during your stay.

7. Damage to Property 

Guests are expected to take good care of the property. Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest. 

8. Cleaning and Trash

Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. We provide cleaning services, but we kindly ask guests to remove trash from the house and dispose of it in the designated bins. Furthermore, kindly leave all towels in the bathrooms. 

9. Parking 

Free parking is available on the property. Please park in the designated parking areas only. 

10. Security and Access 

For your safety and security, please make sure all doors and windows are securely closed when you leave the house. 

We provide key access and/or a code for entry. Please do not share this code with anyone outside your party. 

There are cameras at the property.

11. Health and Safety 

Guests should take care when using the stairs and other common areas, especially with children. 

In case of emergency, please refer to the emergency contact information provided upon arrival. 

12. Cancellation Policy 

Please check our cancellation policy before booking. We typically offer flexible or moderate cancellation policies, but please confirm the specific terms upon booking.
